Samsung Note 3 MMS issues?

I own a Samsung Note 3 phone, provided by Verizon, which once had AT&T internet, but now I'm not entirely sure what we have, there's a little capital h next to the internet bars, I'm not sure if that s anything? Anyway, I'm currently unable to send MMS (Multimedia Messages) after recently rebooting my phone. I cleared the cache, tried a load of different settings for the MMS setup, and even tried restarting the phone. I'm not quite sure what to do now, I just want to be able to send and receive MMS.
