I have been having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone not receiving texts. I can receive, not send.
It was suggested to me that I remove the SIM card & put it into another device. I did this.& got the same result… I could NOT send. Would this indicate the problem lies with the SIM card & not the phone itself?
