I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime cellphone. All was find until a week ago, then I discovered that I can't SEND text messages. Yes, I can receive, & also can make & receive phone calls. My provider couldn't resolve the issue, & is consulting with tech support & they will call me. Ya right. No matter who I speak to, I'm told to go into this/that setting. There are so many settings, it's unbelievable.
I'm at wit's end with it all. I fail to understand just why suddenly I can't send a text message. It involves ALL contacts, not just one.
Whatever you might suggest would be very helpful. I'm tempted to take the cellphone into a repair shop to see if they can help. By the way, this is an Android phone.
