I was told that I should Try this: From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon at the bottom right corner. Then find and open Settings, tap Security, choose Device administrators, you will see a list of installed apps on the phone with the request for device administration privileges.
I do not have a Device administrators. (not all are highlighted in black, so I can't click on all of these)
I see: Phone administrators. Unknown sources (unchecked). Encrypt Phone. Encrypt external SD card. Remote controls. SIM change alert. Go to website (website). Reactivate lock. Set up SIM card lock (unchecked). Make password visible (unchecked). Security policy updates. Send security reports (unchecked). Storage type. Trusted credentials. Install from device storage. Clear credentials (can't click on it). Trusted agents (can't click on it). Pin windows (off). Access application usage data. Smart lock (can't click on it).
That is all I see.
