so suddenly google play store won't open on my samsung galaxy j7 prime, and other apps keep sending me the message "app won't work without google play services which are missing from your device", i really did nothing that could delete any google play services, anyways i'd try to download anything *including google play services which are 'missing' from my mobile* but google play isn't even working, and i made a software update and it's still not working, so any suggestions?
