Why are my doctor and heart monitor disagreeing?

I have had pretty severe health issues for a long time, and a few months ago I bought the Samsung Galaxy S8, which has a heart monitor built in. I've been taking my heart rate for months now, and I almost never get below 110bpm, which is concerning, but when I went to the doctor, the nurse took my heart rate (checked my pulse with her fingers and a watch), and said that my heart rate was 70bpm. I have NEVER gotten a reading that low on my phone, and I use it all the time, when relaxed and laying down. A similar thing happened at an appointment before. I heard that these things are really accurate, but now I'm wondering. Could the nurses be getting it wrong? Is the heart monitor actually really inaccurate (even though it appears to give good readings for my family members)? Or is there something weird about my pulse of heart rate that is throwing off readings?
