Do I have to have a phone number/line attached to a used Ipad I'd like to purchase?
Reason: I have a phone I use that has mobile hotspot, so I thought I could turn on the hotspot to make the Ipad's internet and app features work w/o paying for an additional phone line.
Sorry, I'm not to techno savvy. I'm trying.
