I bought a new Samsung galaxy note 5 and I have it updated to the most recent firmware update android 7.0. The only problem is the Bluetooth will not connect to anything and I mean absolutely nothing! One done just about everything possible to fix it. I've factory reset my phone. I've cleared the cache on Bluetooth. I've powered my phone down and booted it up in safe mode and cleared the catch and still nothing. It won't recognize a single thing when I scan not even a Bluetooth speaker or smart watch rendering my Bluetooth useless. After scanning about 3 times my Bluetooth automatically shuts itself off. I've heard that Samsung broke Bluetooth through the lastest update so you would have to upgrade to the next note phone but don't know if that s just a myth or what. Anybody know a fix to this problem or have experienced the same issue? Thanks
