Can I use t mobile for false information regarding a promotioon and my monthly payments?

I got the buy 1-get - 1 promotion for the Samsung galaxy note 8 and I was told I have to pay the down payment for both phones which for 1 was 289 and the 316. I also asked the representative how much would the monthly payments be for my bill until I receive the prepaid card they daid would have $930 to pay off a phone and would be like "getting back my deposit on a phone". I have yet to receive that and i ordered in September. Before I agreed to the whole deal before putting down the money for the deposits I asked the representative how much would the monthly bill total while I pay for insurance (10) and the finance payment (20) for each phone. I also have the 2 lines for 100 but now they are claimimg its only if you have autopay after the fact they signed me up and say it's actually 110. So she said my monthly bill should total to 170ish. So I agreed I can manage that until I got the prepaid card. When it's time to pay my bill I see it's really 208 and some change. I called to ask them why it's so expensive and they keep trying to insist everything is correct. I keep telling them that it is not what I was told by the representative my monthly bill would be. I find out they are charging me for speakers that I got in a store and the representative told me I was only gonna pay taxes and didn't have to pay anything else on them ever again. That was back in May and it was a promotion she said I exclusively qualified for because I been a long time customer since early 2014.
