My phone fell last night and since the fall the screen went completely black. All the bottom keys are lighting up are working and its functioning completely.
It was cracked before but there are no extra cracks on the screen. I'm not too worried about the phone but just want to get my pictures and videos off of the phone because it has vacation photos that I haven't backed up yet. I had a lot stored on the phone.
When i plug it into the laptop with the usb cable it won't pick it up at all. I've tried multiple USB cables.
Please please help is anyone can?
