I KNOW for certain that android 7.0 has been released for my phone and my carrier in my region, its been out for along time now. Yet my phone still says it is at the latest version at 6.0.1, so what's up? I've tried manual updates, it doesn't find anything. I can't find anything about it online, everyone else with a note 5 says they got the update fine. I'm on Telus, and everywhere on the internet says it is out already for telus. My phone is unlocked. I've tried using the samsung PC program, no luck. Please help!
