we bought a used Samsung Galaxy Prime sm-g530w we did a factory reset and now we're stuck on the google sign in as we don't know the last users sign in info… Can't seem to find anything online that works for this phone. Hoping someone knows how to bypass this or knows the right site for this phone… Thank you
