I shattered my phone screen. Samsung Galaxy s6 edge (not plus)… For a while my phone screen still showed picture and worked. It now does a flash of green light lines or nothing at all even when it's on, and not long can I perform anything on my phone. I was looking around at replacement and I came upon LCD replacement digitizer… I remember cellphones where when the glass cracked it was just the under screen that was damaged to and replacING the glass was all that was needed to fix the issue. This phone has me stunned… Do I need to replace the LCD digitizer along with the glass or can I just replace the glass? The screen still responds to touch. Through memorization I can still make phone calls or use my Google now when pressing my home button… The price of a digitizer is like the price of a new phone therefore I don't want to waste time or money trying to replace the glass if it needs a digitizer as well.
