On samsung customer service the drop down menu to find my phone asked for first, product code (which is SM-G905U), then something called "product model code" which is located NOWHERE on the phone or the box. I'm confused and can't access the phone if it is on the phone. Obviously the phone battery is non removeable so if it's on there i'm out of luck too. There seem to be no answers out there on the internet. Help please?
