Basically I have a Samsung galaxy note 3 and whenever I plug in earphones (I've tried 4 different pairs and even bought a new one just to test) and the audio only works on the right side every time with the left side being practically dead. I tried the earphones on other devices including a laptop and 2 other phones and they worked as another test so please help I don't know what to do
