I have a Samsung S6 phone and I usually use fingerprint scanner to access my phone, but recently had enough room to update the system -but this resulted in my problem: The phone turned off and is saying that I need the password to protect my fingerprint security, but it only let s me put 16 characters into the password area- my previous password was unfortunately over 16 characters. Factory reset is IN NO WAY an option. Please help. I can get onto google find my phone but it won't let me create a new password…
