Recently my Galaxy Note 3 has started to lag and freeze every so often I scroll my notifications down my screen. It freezes, then as i try pushing the home button, nothing happens. When I try to lock and unlock it, it just goes stays on my notifications or goes straight to my home screen with a thin pink line at the top. I try to hold the power button and the restart and shut down options show up, but when I try to tap restart, it doesn't do anything. Please help, I don't have the money for a new phone and I just got the screen fixed.
