My phone is a Samsung galaxy s6.
Everytime I attempt to sync music on my phone, windows media player cancels the inspection of files. Media player says I'm syncing the music, but the songs I want to add to my phone aren't added to my phone.
What could be the problem? Could my phone be too dated for Windows media player? It's software is updated for the phone.
Could anyone tell me how I could change that?
