I got this phone around two months ago and sometimes it would freeze when I update it but then I used the emergency turn off. So, a few hours ago, I was just scrolling through facebook until it froze. It just stopped. So I put it down for a while to process everything, but it didn't unfreeze. So I used the emergency turn off, but it did not turn back on. There's no led light, I tried pushing all the buttons that it has, but it is not responding. Help?
