I just can't seem to find an answer too this problem.
Phone will have 4g signal then suddenly drop to zero bars and show an X for total cell signal loss for a minute or so. It can happen from 10 times to maybe maybe even 30 plus times a day. I can be on the phone and it will drop the call because it will say I'm out of cell service area, and I'm in the middle of town where there's supposed to be clear single strength. I can stream music and it will have to stop and buffer because its looking for the network. I can't even be on the phone and have internet connection at the same time, (this is a nightmare when it comes to needing to be on phone and have navigation running). It always tells me that data is not available during this call, but it happens to every call.
I have tried a factory reset and that didn't do anything, plus also got a new SIM card from Verizon and that didn't work. Verizon keeps telling its an app I downloaded causing all the problems.
