Galaxy S5 stuck on booting screen?

it will load past the popping colors animation but after that the screen dims a bit and the phone vibrates like it is about to load but it never does. It just stays on the booting screen like its still loading and will occasionally vibrate again. The only way i can get it to start up again is to do a factory reset but if my phone turns off for whatever reason it won't fully boot until i do another factory reset. I want to be able to save a few pictures that i took before the last time i reset it (i forgot to put my SD card back in so they are saved to the phone) but i don't mind if i end up losing them.
Added (1). also when putting my phone in recovery mode it says:

RECOVERY BOOTING…
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
Set Warranty Bit: recovery

and when i click "reboot system now" it says "error!"
