Hi. So I activated my HSBC visa card so I could use it to buy things. I wanted to test i so it worked, so I almost immediately went on to Google Play on my Samsung Galaxy J36. It was the first time I d ever tried though, and I did it, and put in my card number, and my password, and it said card declined: payment unsuccessful, and I don't know why, I can't think. I ve activated it, I ve checked it, put in my details, and everything. It could be that I don't have enough money on there and If so how do I put it on there. The game costs £1.99, and I'm 16. I don't know why it won't let me buy it. Why, and what to do. Please help. P.S.Don't want to choose another payment method. Thank you
