Okay so I'm trying to sell my Galaxy S7 for 250, he sends 350. In the email it states that I have to ship out the phone and provide the tracking number before the funds can be transferred. Does Western Union actually do this? I don't have a lot of experience with Western Union, and it seems a little fishy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
