I am trying to unlock a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge through the "Device unlock" app but it says I'm ineligible. I contacted T-Mobile they told me first that the phone/imei I gave them is not with T-Mobile but the phone is from them. After I proved them wrong they said only the Samsung company can help me, they transfered me there then Samsung told me we have nothing to do with unlocking phones. It's a never ending circle. I tried online website's to unlock it like "Blowfish unlocks", useless, any suggestions?
