Ok, so I just received this phone today in the mail from a third-party person that I bought it from online. The problem is is that this phone was most likely a display phone at a BestBuy, so it is highly guarded and locked up with Samsung retail mode being active on the device.
I've already tried factory resetting it like 3 times now to no avail. I've even attempted to root this device but the crazy thing is is that this Samsung retail mode disables all rooting and connectability options! If someone has any better ideas I really really appreciate it!
