Galaxy Tab Pro fllashing colors & won't turn all the way on?

Little sisters tablet dropped and now it turns on, shows those colors, then turns back off. And it repeats this cycle. I PROMISE the screen is not cracked, it's just colored in that weird pattern. I'm 14 so it's not like I can getc it repaired without my parents consent. Is their anything I can do at home?Like.unscrew the battery, and out it back in? ANYTHING except taking it to someone
