So yesterday I bought my little brother a Samsung Galaxy Tab A for his birthday. It's his first ever tablet so I wanted to get him something a little more reasonable. Anyway, once out of the box and powered up the tab a lasted about 10 minutes and shut down. Couldn't turn it back on at all until I did some research and tried to turn the phone on using safe mode method (holding down power and volume down) which worked and the tablet worked again. After we went to sleep and woke up it's doing the same thing again. I have to keep putting the tab into safe mode just to turn it back on. Is this something in the features or a defective tab I need to take back?
