This afternoon, my phone froze, and the screen is completely frozen, i can't switch it off because the screens frozen, and i can switch the volume button and it makes sound and the power off buttons working too, and so is the home button, but the screen is just frozen (i already tried taking out the sim card and it did nothing, it just leave a huge banner that say "sim card inserted")
