My phone is completely dead. It won't even turn on without being plugged in. But when I plug it in the big charging icon comes up on the screen but it won't actually charge. Its hard to explain, but like the big green battery shows up on the charge screen but it doesn't show that its charging. The battery won't move like its charging and there's a yellow triangle with what looks like the part of a charger that plugs into the wall in the middle of it.
I have no clue what is going on with it. It won't charge at all and when I turn it on (plugged in of course) it makes that noise like I'm plugging it in and then buzzes at me and tells me the battery is low over and over again, back and forth between the two noises.
What do I need to do to fix this?
