Hi there!
I'm trying to transfer pictures and videos from my Samsung Galaxy S5 to my Macbook Pro. I have downloaded Kies, Smart Switch and Android File Transfer and all of those applications tell me there is no Android devide connected. I have tried several USB cable/ports as well! I tried the debugging option in the Developer settings, nothing.
The phone charges when it's plugged into my computer, but nothing else.
I've come across this very same question a few times in my research, have tried several of the things they suggest and nothing works. I'm seriously about to lose my wits about this. Grr.
Can anyone help? Would be greatly appreciated!
