They say Galaxy S8 either has a Snapdragon chip or an Exynos chip. On the internet, it seems like the Exynos is better. I'm from the UK. Should I buy it from the USA or just here? Is there really a difference? Another question, are smartphones outside of the USA supposed to be "less worthy" than outside of the USA when talking about the same smartphone? Why is there such a difference, why some have Snapdragon while others have Exynos?
