I'm selling my samsung galaxy s6 for 300 on eBay. I have two offers that match what I'm asking, but then the third offered $699. Could this be too good to be true. I'm pretty sure that since I'm making it through pay pal, when someone wins the offer, they have to pay no matter what somehow. Someone let me know what chance i actually have of getting paid once I agree to ship.
