I currently own a Note 5, I have had it since November 2015. (Of course its now outside the manufacturer 1 year warranty).
Everything has worked fine besides my most recent issues. About a month ago the color has been a bit off. More of a greenish tint. This week the screen has been acting up more and more. When I am using the phone, the screen starts turning brighter and brighter and eventually turns all Pink or purple to where I cannot even view the screen at all. During this time I cannot press the home or back button. All I can do is press the lock button. Press it again, swipe my screen to turn it back on. I called Samsung and they recommended putting it in Safe mode. But that wasn’t much help.
There is NO physical damage nor water damage to my phone. Just looking for answers as to how I can fix it without having to mail it back to Samsung for repair. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
