I have the Samsung Galaxy S6, which came with the Peel Smart Remote already installed & ready to go. Honestly, I absolutely loved it at first, but now after about 9 months and new devices for my television, I have become quite frustrated with this app. Just a couple examples… For one, the last couple devices I've added to Peel the buttons fail to work on devices. Secondly, I want to remove devices, but there is no way to do so, I've searched everywhere possible. Plus, there is no "Help" option, customer support or even tech support. I desperately need a fully functioning 'smartphone remote app', I have an 18 month old little girl who is sneaky and destructive, she loses/breaks all remotes (and yes, I've tried hiding them in impossible places but I swear she's part human and part something else because she finds them always).
So I'm willing to look in to anything anyone suggests. I'm looking for it to have/be: 1)A (multiple device) Universal Remote 2)A Guide (TV).
However, honestly #1 is the only major requirement, it's actually all I care about. Also I'm not super tech savvy, so if it has tech support, customer support, or even at the very least a "Help" option/button where I can read their FAQs, that would thrill me.
☆☆So basically I am looking for A Smartphone Remote App with features such as, 1.)A (multiple device) Universal Remote and 2.) At the very least a "Help" option/button with FAQs.
