Hello, I own a samsung galaxy S4 and I've had it for many years. Yesterday it just turned off in the middle of using it and it wouldn't turn on again unless it is connected to a wire and loading. I got a new battery though because I was told that might be the problem but it still doesn't work… The guy in the store said I should save my files and just restart the whole phone, but when I connect it to my computer, nothing happens:/ it usually works. Is it because it's off that I can't access the files? And do anyone know any other solution? I've tried safe mode, didn't work either.
