I live in Bangkok and the carrier is not helping. I think it may have got stolen. I don't have any tracking app installed before I lost it. However, I tried using Android Device Manager but it says the "location is unavailable" for some reasons. Maybe the airplane mode was on at that time or the connection was lost. I tried calling the phone and I can still call it. Are there any online tools I should try? If nothing works, should I contact the police? Thanks a lot.
