I moved to Europe sometime ago now and deactivated my service with Verizon and paid off the rest of money owed for the phone itself. Althought when I tried to use another sim card from a different carrier it told me to insert a Verizon Sim Card. I contacted customer service and they told me to reset to factory/default settings which I tried multiple times and it still did not work. Anymore suggestions?
