Samsumg Galaxy S6 Wont Turn on, Continuous blue light?

I recently got a replacement Galaxy S6 because my old one suddenly died. This new phone is so new I haven't even dropped it and suddenly its dead too. I was on skype and it was being unresponsive so I decided to restart my phone. It did the normal things until after showing the Samsung logo and all that that it does when turning on/restarting, it just didn't continue to turn back on. I looked it up and people have a similar issue, except they say that the blue light is flashing. On my phone, the blue light is just staying on. I tried rebooting using volume down-power, and it showed the terminal screen and everything worked fine until just like before, it wouldn't turn on and the blue light is on. Next I tried volume up-power-home and rebooted. Same thing. Wiped Cache partition. Same thing. Tried booting in safe mode thinking maybe skype is the issue. Same thing. Tried charging. Charging screen showed up. Tried to turn phone on. Same thing. I'm really pissed and I'm starting to think that the thing about phones breaking after two years is true. I don't know what to do since the phone is new and a replacement at that. I don't know if Verizon will even replace this one since they were hesitant with the last one. Please Help!
Added (1). The phone is fully charged and plugged in. When the charging screen showed up earlier it had 92% and a few minutes ago it vibrated which i assume means it is now at 100%. Also, my phone has never shown a blue light when dead, only a red light.
Added (2). Please Help ME I NEED MY PHONE
