How to access Instagram Live on iPhone or Android?
Added (1). I'm trying to access Instagram Live, by swiping to the left side while adding Stories. However, I cannot find the "Live" option. I've tried updating the operating system, deleting/reinstalling, resetting my phone, etc;. I cannot access Instagram Live on both my iPhone 5S running iOS 10 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 running Android Lollipop. How can I access Instagram Live on these phones? If I can't, what are the supported devices?
