My phone froze, and now wont turn on?

I have a Samsung galaxy note 4, when my phone froze I had to take the battery out to restart it because it wouldnt shut off. When I first attempted to turn it back on the startup screen lit up "Samsung Galaxy Note 4" like it was trying to start back up, then it shut back off or at least the screen went black like it shut off. I took the battery back out and tried again, same thing. When i tried a third time nothing happened at all, no response what so ever. I tried using a different battery and putting my battery into another note 4 to test my battery. Battery is fine. I tried plugging the phone into the charger to see if the light would come on to show its charging, but no light, almost like the phones completely broken… What could the problem be, and can anyone offer easy tests or solutions?
