I have an S7 phone. When I first got it along with the earbuds it worked perfectly fine until it started having one bud being louder than the other and then just stopped working all together. I put it in and then it stays silent but I can't hear anything through the headphones. So I got another new one. And it started working fine at first and then stopped again. My sister has had no problems with her earbuds and they r still working when she got her new S7 phone and Samsung earbuds. What's going on?
