She will be starting middle school soon. She will need a phone to stay in touch and for emergencies. She has asked for an ipod so she can listen to music. I am having a hard time deciding what to get her.
1) ipod + an old non-smart phone.
2) Recent iphone 6S (expensive)
3) Previous generation smart phone (galaxy s5, iphone 5). Cheapest option, but these phones might become outdated soon.
