What is the worst (android) tablet money can buy in 2016?

I am doing some research about tablets, especially the economy generic versions of android tablets. Some might not have Bluetooth or even google play store built in. Any opinions on the worst tablets money can buy today in 2016? The best tablets money can buy today are the Apple iPad Pro (iOS) 9.7 and 12.9, Samsung galaxy tab pro 9.7 ( android ), and Microsoft surface pro 4( Windows 10 ). If there's better/ newer tablet than the ones I listed tell me. But my question today is what is the worse android tablet money can buy right now? I mean tablet that have the lowest prices with the worse quality today. Thanks a lot for your help.
