The store gave me the cord to connect the old phone to the new phone, but it doesn't seem to work. To be specific, my old phone is a HTC Droid DNA. I've tried everything and can't figure out how to do the transfer. Should I just go back to the store? If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
