On Google Play Music, how can I edit album artwork from songs I ve uploaded MYSELF and cast them?

One of the biggest problems about Google Play Music is how different it is on every device. What sucks is you can only edit album art on the PC. So let me describe my problem:
In lieu of an MP3, I use my phone (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime if it s really important to know) to listen to music. I have uploaded 10 songs of my own and even designed album art for them (because I m getting tired of seeing just the headphones over and over), but you can t edit album art on the phone or tablet so I had to do it on my Windows 8 laptop. The thing is, the album art only synced on songs I have BOUGHT, not ones I uploaded myself. So is there any way to get the art I want on my PHONE from songs I have uploaded myself?
