Where can I download Google Play store?

Right, for some reason Google Play store has vanished from my phone. I've got every other Google feature like books, music, etc, but I cannot anywhere find the Google Play icon. Totally gone. And no I didn't delete it. It still pops up of course, there's just no icon for it and I'm unable to directly access it. It was there very recently, long after I rooted my phone. Just seems to have disappeared either today or yesterday.

So, where can I download it?

My phone is rooted Samsung Galaxy s4
Added (1). Also google play services still is in my app manager list, and it is not disabled. I just can't directly access it.
