I recently (like yesterday or the day before) updated my Samsung Galaxy phone. It was working like normal until today. I was last using the Youtube app when I left it, and when I came back it was stuck on the black screen with the pulsing Samsung logo.
Turning it off and back on doesn't work, neither does taking out the battery and leaving it out for a little bit.
I know nothing about the technical side of phones, but please help?
