My Samsung Galaxy S6 is broken after 6 months of use, do I have a right to a replacement?
I bought the phone new.
So I was just sitting down, I get a text message so I take my phone out, start replying, but then the keyboard doesn't type anything.
I try to swipe around and it doesn't work. The phone seems to recognize that I'm touching it, but swipes don't work, I can't open any apps, or even turn off the phone.
Solutions I tried are restarting the phone, and I even reset it, the screen is still unresponsive so the phone is totally useless. I am convinced it's a permanent problem and it's broken.
So it is obvious that it must be a defective phone if it just stops working like that out of no where, do I have a right to a replacement from Samsung?
Thank you.
