Is this phone ok to buy on Amazon?

I'm am looking through Amazon to buy a Samsung Galaxy s5. I don't have enough to buy it brand new so I'm looking at prices around 0-225.

One I am looking at is: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00YNF6WIM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_2&smid=A1RAY3YMPVOCSL. This is a refurbished one.

And I am looking at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B014J3HK88?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_1&smid=A1RAY3YMPVOCSL. There is a used one for £199.

I am wondering if I'm better off going with the s5 neon as a used phone or a s5 refurbished… Can anyone help me decide which one to go for because I read somewhere that fake phones could be sold on amazon
