Sometimes my phone does not receive a text message that my friend had sent me. My phone does receive it and it doesn't even appear on my phone at all if I turn it off or on. The only way I know I received a message by someone is when I check my phone bill text history and it said I suppose had receive the text even tho my phone did not display anything. What can I do to fix this problem, I had factory reset, but eventually the problem just comes back
